Welcome to TOMO Yee. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) explain your rights and responsibilities when shopping with us at www.tomoyee.com. By visiting our site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Who Can Shop With Us
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country or region, or that you have permission from a parent or guardian.
3. Product Information
We take great care to represent our products clearly, including sizing, materials and photography. However, variations in color may occur due to screen settings.
Some items may be offered as pre-order or made-to-order; these items are marked clearly on the product page.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship globally and work with reliable logistics partners. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs, holidays, or other unforeseen events. Once your parcel is handed to the courier, the risk of delay or loss passes to you.
5. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for eligible products within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Please note:
- Pre-order or made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

6. Orders & Payments
Your order is confirmed once payment is processed. We accept secure payments via Shopify Payments and may offer additional options based on your region.
We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders at our discretion, and will contact you promptly if this occurs.
7. Pricing & Taxes
Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted. Shipping fees and any applicable sales taxes will be calculated at checkout.
-Customs Duties
All orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that customs duties and import taxes are assessed by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. This is especially important if you choose Express shipping, as duties may be charged before delivery.
If you refuse delivery due to customs or import fees, you accept full responsibility for any return-shipping costs, customs handling charges, and carrier processing fees.
Please note that, in accordance with international customs regulations, we are unable to mark items as gifts or declare a value lower than the actual purchase price.
8. Your Data
We collect personal information to process orders and provide customer support, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We use trusted third-party tools such as Shopify and Klaviyo to help us provide a better shopping experience.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, product images, copywriting and other content on our website belong to TOMO Yee. Please do not reproduce or reuse any material without written permission.
