We want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery.
How it works
- To start a return or exchange, just reach out to us at info@tomoyee.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we’ll send you all the return details.
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in original packaging.
- Returns must be shipped within 7 days of approval.
Example: If your parcel was delivered on June 10, you’ll need to contact us by June 24.
Cancelling an Order
Changed your mind? If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us at info@tomoyee.com and we’ll do our best to cancel it for you.
Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
For International Returns
- You're responsible for the return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service.
- Please include your order number and name inside the package.
- Once we receive your return, we’ll issue the refund.
- Don’t worry — we’ll provide clear return instructions via email once your return is approved.
A few things to keep in mind
- Items must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging.
- Sale items, accessories, custom orders, and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or mistake on our end.
- If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us right away with photos — we’ll make it right.
- Duties and taxes on returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a quality issue or our error.
Quality Concerns
We always hope your parcel arrives just as it should — but if it’s damaged, or not the piece you ordered, please do get in touch. We’ll sort everything out for you, including return shipping.
